Process Subscriptions and Unsubscriptions Requests

All query messages are stored in the specified mailbox. Indexsoft Intuitive Mailer must have a proper access to the mailbox so that it can process all queries. Query messages and confirmation messages are processed by subscribe.cgi file. To run this file press "Run subscribe.cgi" button in Subscriptions section.

You should run subscribe.cgi manually via web-interface only when configuring Indexsoft Intuitive Mailer. To process queries and confirmation messages you should create a cron-job. It seems that the best thing will be to run subscribe.cgi every half an hour. However, you should determine how frequently this job would run according to your particular situation.
