Creating Message Templates

To create a message template for a maillist you must enter message subject, message body, specify whether the message is HTML-formatted, then press "Add template" button.

In both message subject and message body you can use keywords that will be replaced with the actual data before the message is dispatched.

• %name% - (real name of user)
• %email% - (email of user)

In the template list you can select templates to edit, delete, or prepare a message to dispatch to the users.
