Creating New Dispatch

Preparing messages to dispatch within the specified maillist, or within a group of maillists
Check a template in the template list, or select "Create and run dispatch without creating a template" option. If you select a template, click "Prepare" beside the selected template.

Preparing messages to dispatch to users filtered as a search result
In the search result list, check "send message to all users", then click "Dispatch to all found users". You should get template list.

Check a template and click "Prepare" beside the selected template.

Preparing messages to dispatch to users selected from those filtered as a search result
In the search result list check "send message only to selected users", then click "Dispatch to selected users".

You should get template list. Check a template and click "Prepare" beside the selected template.

Preparing messages to dispatch to users retrieved from external database
In the SQL query list check a SQL query, then click "Dispatch" beside the selected SQL query.

You should get template list. Check a template and click "Prepare" beside the selected template.

After you have selected the template, the dispatch settings page will open. If necessary, change sender's email, specify maillists to dispatch a message to, specify mail headers, specify message subject, body, plain text or HTML format, attach files to the message.

The dispatch can be run either at once, or saved to the pending dispatches list, so that it is run later.
