system requirements:

• MySQL database server (not tested with others);
• Any operating system with Perl 5 and MySQL installed (including any Windows);
• DBI and DBD::mysql perl modules;
• sendmail perl module;
• Mail::POP3Client (not mandatory);

installation:

1. change first line of intuitive.cgi and delivery.cgi(#!/usr/bin/perl) if needed. This line should contain symbols "!#" at the beginning of line and further a path and a name of a file for run Perl
2. copy intuitive.cgi and delivery.cgi to any directory where scripts runs (most likely cgi-bin). If you upload files via FTP to *nix system pay attention that you unloading it in ASCII mode.
3. chmod intuitive.cgi and delivery.cgi to 755
4. open intuitive.cgi from your browser, click "configure" and configure it by setting-up variables and creating database and tables

upgrade:

1. change first line of upg100-101.cgi (#!/usr/bin/perl) if needed. This line should contain symbols "!#" at the beginning of line and further a path and a name of a file for run Perl
2. copy upg100-101.cgi to directory where intuitive.pm is.
3. chmod upg100-101.cgi to 755
4. open upg100-101.cgi from your browser or run it from command line
5. open intuitive.cgi from your browser, click "configure" and configure it by setting-up new variables

command line parameters:
You can run prepared dispatch by running delivery.cgi from command line (or cron). To start mail delivery from command line please use following switches:

• --d=xx (start dispatch xx, in no --d switch - run all)
• --del (delete dispatch after it finished)
• --quiet (do not print errors and warnings)
• --fork (fork process (if *nix)

security notes:
indexsoft intuitive mailer is the tool for administrators only. We strongly recommend after installation of the indexsoft intuitive mailer first of all protect a directory in which it installed and to grant access to use the indexsoft intuitive mailer only for administrators. To be in safe we recommend indexsoft access manager.
